In the pursuit of high-efficiency gold extraction, the consistency of the experimental protocol is just as critical as the reagent itself. Recently, the Y&X team conducted a rigorous leaching test using an advanced, proprietary cyanide-free leaching agent:

1️⃣ Sample Preparation (Grinding):

We started with a precise ore-to-water ratio, loading the ball mill in sequence. Strict attention was paid to cleaning the feed port to avoid cross-contamination before flushing the milled sample completely.

2️⃣ Reagent Dosing & Mixing:

The milled pulp was transferred to the leaching tank. We added a controlled amount of CaO to maintain the ideal alkaline environment for the Y&X Leachant. After sufficient conditioning, the leaching agent was introduced to initiate the extraction cycle.

3️⃣ Washing, Filtration & Sampling:

After a 24-hour leaching period, we extracted representative samples directly from the tank. We then applied a multi-stage washing and decantation process (2-3 cycles) to separate the pregnant solution. Finally, the solid residues underwent vacuum filtration, drying, and fine grinding using a three-head grinder for precise analytical assay.
