Product introduction
MIBC is an organic compound, a liquid derivative of acetone, with a pungent smell of alcohol. Its solubility in water is limited, but it is miscible with most organic solvents. MIBC is mainly used as a foaming reagent in the production of mineral flotation and lubricant additives.
Precautions:
Health hazard: exposure to high concentrations of methyl isobutyl alcohol, causing dizziness and fainting, liquid contact, burning eyes, irritating the skin; long-term exposure to methyl isobutyl methoxide, dry skin; inhalation of vapor to stimulate eyes, nose ,throat. Eye contact: rinse with water. Skin contact: rinse with water. Inhalation: Remove victim to fresh air and perform artificial respiration. Ingestion: Give plenty of salt water, induce vomiting (except for comatose patients), and seek medical attention. When using methyl isobutyl alcohol, care should be taken to wear the correct protective equipment.
