Product Description

Introduction

Flotation foaming agent q30. It is applicable to the beneficiation process of oxidized ore, nonferrous ore and precious metal ore with high mud content. The foaming agent has uniform bubbles, large bubbles and good mineralization effect, which is conducive to improving the concentrate grade. The dosage is generally 5-30g / T.

 

Uses


(1) It is suitable for flotation operation with high content of peat stone in raw ore. It can effectively reduce the viscosity of flotation froth, improve the separation efficiency of target minerals, and achieve the purpose of improving concentrate grade and recovery rate.

 

(2) It is suitable for the flotation conditions of fine and fine grinding size of target minerals in the original ore. To improve the separation efficiency of target minerals, reduce or eliminate the interference of gangue minerals on the recovery of target minerals, and improve the beneficiation index.

 

Details:

 

Colorless transparent liquid with characteristic odor and miscible with most common organic solvents. The solubility is 1.7% at 20°C, slightly water-soluble, with a specific gravity of 0.813, stable chemical properties, and high content of active ingredients.
