Froth flotation reagents are indispensable in the beneficiation of oxide, nonferrous, and precious metal ores characterized by high mud content. Four essential categories of reagents are employed in this process: collectors, which render valuable minerals water-repellent; frothers, pivotal in generating stable bubbles for efficient mineralization and enhanced concentrate grade, typically dosed at 5-30g/t; modifiers, responsible for controlling pH and chemical conditions within the flotation cell to optimize separation; and depressants, which prevent the flotation of unwanted minerals, ensuring effective mineral separation. The judicious use of these reagents is paramount to the success of the ore processing operation.

Uses

(1) It is suitable for flotation operation with high content of peat stone in raw ore. It can effectively reduce the viscosity of flotation froth, improve the separation efficiency of target minerals, and achieve the purpose of improving concentrate grade and recovery rate.

(2) It is suitable for the flotation conditions of fine and fine grinding size of target minerals in the original ore. To improve the separation efficiency of target minerals, reduce or eliminate the interference of gangue minerals on the recovery of target minerals, and improve the beneficiation index.

Details:

Colorless transparent liquid with characteristic odor and miscible with most common organic solvents. The solubility is 1.7% at 20°C, slightly water-soluble, with a specific gravity of 0.813, stable chemical properties, and high content of active ingredients.
