Froth flotation reagents are essential for the beneficiation of high-mud-content oxide, nonferrous, and precious metal ores. These reagents fall into four key categories, including foaming agents for creating stable bubbles in the flotation process. Collectors make minerals water-repellent, frothers generate stable bubbles (typically dosed at 5-30g/t) to enhance mineralization and concentrate grade, modifiers control pH and chemical conditions, and depressants hinder unwanted mineral flotation. The strategic use of these foaming agents in froth flotation is critical for successful ore processing.

Uses

(1) It is suitable for flotation operation with high content of peat stone in raw ore. It can effectively reduce the viscosity of flotation froth, improve the separation efficiency of target minerals, and achieve the purpose of improving concentrate grade and recovery rate.

(2) It is suitable for the flotation conditions of fine and fine grinding size of target minerals in the original ore. To improve the separation efficiency of target minerals, reduce or eliminate the interference of gangue minerals on the recovery of target minerals, and improve the beneficiation index.

Details:

Colorless transparent liquid with characteristic odor and miscible with most common organic solvents. The solubility is 1.7% at 20°C, slightly water-soluble, with a specific gravity of 0.813, stable chemical properties, and high content of active ingredients.
