Frother Q60, an Independently developed special foaming reagent of Y&X company, is yellow to brownish yellow oily liquid with slightly odor. It has a fast foaming rate, can foam bubbles quikly and easily. It has strong foaming ability no matter what kind of slurrys' condition. Frother Q60 is suitable for the beneficiation of non-ferrous metal ores and rare precious metal ores. It is especially suitable for non-ferrous metal ores with a high proportion of target minerals and high content of argillaceous gangue. It is an excellent substitute for some internationa famous products with high recovery rate.

The original solution of frother Q60 is added for use, with a dosage of 5-60g/t of raw ore. About specific usage, please refer to the actual on-site.

Function of foaming agent

1. Increase the mechanical strength of bubbles to ensure not easy be broken.

2. Increase the selectivity of the flotation process to get a better index.

3. Reduce the velocity of bubbles and increase their residence time in the slurry under high pressure.

4. Stable bubbles properties, different type and dosage affect the size, viscosity, and brittleness of bubbles, and affect flotation speed.

5. Coadsorb with the collector on the surface of the ore particles like a gripper and have a synergistic effect.

6. Coexistence with the collector in micelles affects the critical micelle concentration of the collector.

7. Foaming reagents can be used to emulsify or accelerate the dissolution of the collector.

8. Prevent bubble coalescence, so that bubbles dispersed in the slurry have a smaller diameter and a certain lifespan.
