Q25 flotation foam serves as an optimal solution for extracting oxidized ore containing a high clay content. This foaming agent, characterized by its amber or dark brown oily liquid form and subtle scent, is specifically designed for facilitating the extraction process of oxidized ore, non-ferrous ore, and precious metal ore with elevated clay content. With its ability to generate uniform bubbles, produce large bubbles, and induce effective mineralization, this foaming agent significantly enhances concentrate grades. Typically, the recommended dosage ranges from 5 to 30 grams per metric ton.

 
 
Function of foaming agent
 

1. Prevent bubble merging, so that the bubble dispersed in the pulp has a smaller diameter and a certain life [1].

2. Increase the mechanical strength of the bubble.

3. Decrease the velocity of bubbles and increase the residence time of bubbles in pulp.

4. The type and amount of stable bubbles affect the bubble size, viscosity and brittleness, and affect the flotation speed.
