Flotation frother Q30 is well-suited for processing oxide, nonferrous, and precious metal ores with high mud content. This frother produces consistently uniform and large bubbles, promoting effective mineralization that enhances concentrate grade. Typically dosed at 5-30g/t, it optimizes the beneficiation process without altering its intended outcomes.

Details:
Colorless transparent liquid with characteristic odor and miscible with most common organic solvents. The solubility is 1.7% at 20°C, slightly water-soluble, with a specific gravity of 0.813, stable chemical properties, and high content of active ingredients.

 

Uses
(1) Ideal for flotation operations involving high peat stone content in raw ore. Effectively lowers flotation froth viscosity, enhancing separation efficiency of target minerals to improve concentrate grade and recovery rate.
(2) Suitable for fine-grained flotation conditions of target minerals in the original ore. Enhances separation efficiency, minimizes interference from gangue minerals on target mineral recovery, and enhances overall beneficiation performance.
