Product Function

Frother Q30 has strong foaming property, suitable foam diameter, bubble engulfing rate and thickness of foam layer, which can effectively improve the concentrate grade and recovery rate. It is suitable for the beneficiation of non-ferrous metal ores, rare and precious metal ores, and especially effective for non-ferrous metal ores with high amount of muddy veinstones.

It is an excellent substitute of MIBC.

Uses

(1)suitable for flotation operations with high clay range content in raw ore. Effectively reduce the viscosity of the flotation foam, improve the separation efficiency of the target minerals, and achieve the goal of improving the rate and recovery rate of the concentrate;

(2) suitable for grading conditions with fine particle size and fine grinding particle size of the target ore in the original ore. Improving the separation efficiency of target minerals, reducing or eliminating the interference of gangue minerals in the recovery of target minerals, and improving the profitability index.
