- Blending: Avoid excessive blending speed (recommended: 60-200 rpm).
- Container: Use enamel, aluminum, or plastic containers. Avoid iron containers to prevent degradation.
- Time to Dissolve: Prepare solution immediately before use for optimal effectiveness.
- Mixing: Avoid vigorous or prolonged mixing after adding polyacrylamide to turbid liquid.
- Concentration: Cationic and nonionic solutions should be less concentrated than anionic solutions due to molecular weight differences.
