Dosage Instructions
Prepare a solution with a concentration of 1%-2%, and add it to the flotation process. The recommended dosage ranges from 50 to 600 g/t of raw ore. This depressant should be introduced prior to the collector and frother.
Application
After adding pyrite depressant to the slurry, they react with the surface of pyrite to form stable complexes, making the surface hydrophilic and effectively depressed, thereby achieving the separation of pyrite from the target mineral. Mainly used for ore dressing of non-ferrous metals such as copper, copper gold, lead zinc, etc.
