Dosage & Application
The prepared solution concentration should be ≤1.5%. Add to the flotation process at the reference point on site, typically to the mixing tank, flotation tank, or ball mill. Recommended dosage is 50-1000 g/t of raw ore.
Usage
Primarily used to depress fine-grained carbon minerals including graphite, organic carbon, and free carbon, with significant depressant effect on pyrite. Applied in flotation of non-ferrous metal sulfide ores containing carbon and pyrite. Selectively targets graphite, organic carbon, free carbon, and pyrite surfaces to create strong hydrophilicity, effectively improving target mineral concentrate grade and recovery rate.
